To provide additional protection and peace of mind, Toyota offers Toyota Extra Care Protection (ECP) Service Agreements that provide coverage and terms tailored to your needs. By investing in an ECP Service Agreement, you can safeguard your vehicle and feel confident that you’re prepared for any unexpected situations.


The ECP Service Agreement offers additional mechanical protection beyond the Toyota factory warranty, with coverage that can last up to 7 years. You can have your vehicle serviced at any of the 1,500 Toyota dealerships located throughout North America, ensuring that it receives the best care from highly trained Toyota technicians who use only Genuine Toyota Parts.


Toyota ECP Service Agreements provide service maintenance to help ensure that your vehicle runs smoothly. Depending on the plan you select and its maintenance schedule, you may receive up to three years of coverage under the Maintenance Service Program.

In addition to mechanical protection, ECP Service Agreements offer extra benefits to enhance your New Vehicle Roadside Assistance plan. If you experience a component failure while over 300 km away from home, Trip Interruption coverage will reimburse you up to $300 for hotel, meals, and transportation expenses. Additionally, Travel Planning Assistance is available upon request and provides a customized trip package that includes maps, alternate routes, points of interest, tour and accommodation directories, lists of Toyota dealerships, and entertainment suggestions for your journey.

In the event that a covered component in your Toyota requires more than 8 hours to repair and your vehicle needs to stay at a Toyota dealership overnight, you can receive reimbursement for up to 5 days of alternate transportation costs. If the necessary parts are not immediately available and are on back-order, you can be reimbursed for an additional 5 days of alternate transportation costs.

Toyota ECP Tire and Rim Road Hazard Protection

Toyota ECP Tire & Rim Road Hazard Protection plans are available at our dealership to safeguard your vehicle against damage caused by potholes, nails, shattered glass, and other debris on the road. The plans are offered at a starting price of $289*, with coverage periods ranging from 1-7 years.

What’s eligible

During the selected term, the plan provides coverage for both original and replacement tires and rims, including summer, winter, and all-season tires that were purchased and installed at a Toyota dealership.

What’s Covered

The plan covers expenses (including all parts and labour) involved in repairing or replacing a flat tire or replacing damaged rims (including alloy rims) caused by a valid road hazard*.
